- The number of guests must be accurate at the time of booking. Any undeclared guest will incur an additional charge of 20$/night/person and may result in cancellation of the stay.

- You must indicate at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet; otherwise, the booking may be canceled without a refund.

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of $500. But since I’m cool, I only allow e-cigarettes :)

- If a late checkout or damage results in a direct refund or a discount on your next reservation, you will be required to pay this amount.

- If you notice any furniture or amenities in the apartment that are not working or are broken, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, the complaint will not be considered.
