This two level home rests in the beautiful landscaped facility of Golden Pond Resort. With sleeping for up to 18 guest this makes for the perfect family gathering. You have two levels, each comes with 4 bedrooms and two baths, also a fully equipped kitchen open to the dinning room and living room area on each floor. You have ground access to each level as well. If you do not need both floors then we can do just one for up to 10 guest. since each floor is it's own unit, there is no inside access between floors. There are stairs on the rear deck to go between floors. The upper level has about 800 sq. feet of decking with seating for 12.
The lower level has a covered porch with ceiling fans and lighting for night dinning outside, along with a table that seats 8.
Your backyard is 200 feet of rolling hill to the play area with slide and swings for the kids, as well as volley ball, tennis, horse shoes and corn hole, or a dip in the pool. You also have a fire pit right out the back door.
