Tahiti’s Retreat is a 2 story unit.
The Main floor has the master bedroom just inside the main entrance. It has a King sized bed, large closet, Dresser and two nightstands. There is a smart flat screen TV perfect for watching a movie before bed.
The Main floor bath is next to the Master bedroom and was just fully remodeled with a large sliding door glass shower. Single sink with large vanity to spread out all of your personal care needs. Plenty of towels and linens are inside the closet.
The kitchen is next down the hallway and has a large quartz countertop, deep stainless sink and everything you need to make your next home cooked meal. Full Stove and oven, large migrowave, new dishwasher and double door fridge. The sink has a in sink garbage disposal. There is an appliance station with hot water and a Keurig coffee maker. Seating for four is available at the bar joining the kitchen and the living room.
The living room has a large L couch perfect for lounging and watching the large flat screen TV. The Smart tv comes with HBO/Max, Disney+, Hulu subscriptions included. Just off the living room is the balcony and great view of the lake and backyard. Sit an enjoy the sunrise, relax and enjoy the peaceful bay and do what you came her to do REST.
Up the stairs you will find the loft/second bedroom. The second bedroom overlooks the living room and has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and light with built in charging station.
The loft has its own full sized bath and features a shower/tub combo, dual vanity sink and large medicine cabinet. Off the second bedroom is the Laundry. There is a full sized washer and dryer in unit. (there is also coin laundry available in the office building if you want to do all your loads at one time) The laundry also has room to hang clothes and acts as a closet for the loft.

Outside the condo has direct lake access. Bring or rent paddleboards, get a float and jump right in. The water is always ready to cool you off in the Texas heat. If you have a boat The lodge has day docks available. Boats can be kept here for up to three days at a time. The marina also shares the bay and can be seen from the condo, gas, fishing supplies and a boat launch are available here. The pool is also out back of the condo and perfect for a quick dip and lounging in the sun. In front if the condo is dead end road so the traffic is lighter, a very nice walk down to the end of the road and onto the break water for relaxing and watching the lake. The community pool and two restaurants are also right there at the end of the road. Since the condo is on a bay, the water calmer, so it’s perfect almost all the time for paddle boarding, swimming or just lounging on a float. It’s like having a very large pool to enjoy in the back yard. Civilization and multiple restaurants, fuel, convenience stores all within a few miles. Large big box stores, grocery stores, small boutiques, and more restaurants than we could ever count all within 15 minutes. Houston is only a 45 minute drive and the suburbs, malls and every type of shopping imaginable. There is pretty much something for everyone, come relax and enjoy a little break at the lake.
