We came with family that stayed in an a ADA room. Unfortunately here is where Homewood Suites fell down. First the handicap room was the furthest room away from the front desk. He needed a roll in shower room, and that is what was booked, but he was given a regular room for the first night with a bathtub. The next day midday he was transferred to a room that had a roll in shower however it has very hard plastic lip that his wheelchair couldn't go over without another family member pushing him in. Second there was not a built in shower seat, and they didn't have a portable one to put in in. As a result there he was with one leg, the other he can barely stand on because he has no toes or heal trying to shower without falling. On positive notes the staff in the breakfast prep were very friendly and did A GREAT JOB. Front desk was never there, always behind the wall or getting food from the breakfast area.
