'Andrea is a terrific host. He is very welcoming and friendly. We instantly felt comfortable. The room was very neat and clean. The facilities worked perfectly. We had everything we needed. The location is good too. About 10 minute walk from the beach. We really recommend this place!'

'Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!'

Personeel is vriendelijk. '

'There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and...

'Zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt'

' Aardig personeel , zeer meelevend toen ik 2 dagen ziek was. '

'Just a fantastic hotel with great views, a great restaurant, pool, access to hiking and free mini bus transportation down and up the hill to Monterosso. Beach is nice, easy access to train and I highly recommend taking the boat ride with Stefano who you will find in the marina. Great hotel, very clean.'

'Heel net en schoon hotel. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, eten was uitstekend. Omgeving is prachtig. '

'Super hotel, staf en locatie. Dicht bij strand en start wandelroutes. Midden in centrum van gezellig Levanto'

'We had a wonderful stay at Penseone Sorriso, the staff were pleasant and very helpful, Avelina, Matteo and Wesly. The location is perfect it's nearby the train station. The Breakfast were great too. Highly recommended.'

'I had the unfortunate event of dropping my wedding ring down the sink. Our manager was very helpful to supply tools needed to retrieve it. Love Conque Terre!'

'We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is excellent, the room was beautiful and very clean, and the view from the room was amazing. The hotel also has a beautiful garden where you can sit and relax, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Massimiliano is a very welcoming and friendly host who made us feel right at home. Thank you very much, Massimiliano, for the great stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!'
