'Villa Sabrina is een geweldig huis, zowel binnen als buiten. Heel verzorgd, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is adembenemend mooi. De tuin is prachtig en heel groot, met een fantastisch zwembad. Op de veranda kun je heerlijk zitten. De service van de eigenaar is prima. Wij hebben een perfect verblijf gehad.'

'Mooie villa, volledig ingericht. Heerlijk buiten vertoeven in zwembad, jacuzzi, lounche of dinning area. Volledig privé Practische keuken en heerlijke pizza oven en bbq buiten. Super goed contact met de eigenares, problemen werden gelijk opgelost en alle vragen gelijk beantwoord. Regelmatig bijhouden en schoonmaken van het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Kortom; echt de moeite waard Veel goede tips en fantastische omgeving. Heel dicht bij Sienna.'

'Wij hebben met een groep van acht mensen twee heerlijke weken gehad, een prachtig uitzicht, 360 graden alleen natuur en kleine stadjes op de heuveltoppen. Zeer gastvrije eigenaren, Pasqualina en Giuseppe. Het huis bestaat uit twee delen die samen genoeg ruimte bieden voor tien personen, prima inrichting. Het zwembad was uitstekend12 x 6 meter, elke dag schoongemaakt. Kortom een aanrader!'

'We had a fantastic time at the house, Fabio was excellent in his communication and help. The house is great with separate areas but big communal spaces. We had a couple of delicious meals cooked for us by Fabio, I would highly recommend this luxury! If I had to say one thing it would be great if the pool seating area was tiled instead of grass, but overall can't fault it.'

With 12 people (3 families of 4), we very comfortably each had our own space plus many spots inside and out to spend time together. Alessandro was a gracious and responsive host. His parents were equally welcoming and we made the smart choice to have his mother cook a delicious dinner for us which presented the quintessential al fresco experience. So glad we stayed here!'

'Super verblijft gehad . Prachtige locatie en erg blij met de airco. Vriendelijk ontvangst en mooie uitvalbasis voor Siena Arezzo Pienza Montepulciano etc. . Dorpje dichtbij ( 10-15 minuten lopen ) met een goede bakker en een paar goede koffie tentjes restaurants en een goede gelateria. Het zwembad is perfect en wordt goed onderhouden . Op het ruime terrein heeft veel speel mogelijkheden . Top tijd gehad . Ook wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.'

'Großes Haus, gut ausgestattete Küche für große Gruppen, ruhige Lage mit Fernblick. Es sind 800 steile Meter Schotter bis zur Hauptstraße, wir mussten unsere Rennräder dorthin hochschieben. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, das Haus hat Charme und etwas Patina, wie bei älteren Landhäusern üblich. Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr gut.'

'I booked Letizia's amazing Villa for a week-long birthday celebration and we loved every minute of our time in the Tuscan sun! It was great to be able to relax by the pool in the peace of the countryside amongst the olive groves while still being only a short walk away from Siena, we just wish we could have stayed for longer!'

'My family and I stayed here for almost a full week in the spring, and had an amazing time. The host was extremely responsive about the check-in process leading up to the stay, during the stay whenever we had any issues, and even after our stay when we needed to recover an item that was left behind. There were some slight hiccups with the house during our stay (garage door opener was out of batteries one time and the shower drain clogged one time), but the host was proactive as can be and quick...

'Het is een fantastisch huis op een fantastische locatie. Uitzicht op Siena. Prima uitvalsbasis voor de bekende steden van Toscane. Heerlijk zwembad. Het huis is geschikt voor 4 stellen, 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Een aantal badkamers zou een upgrade kunnen gebruiken. Prima ondersteuning door Lucia en Marcella. We hopen nog eens terug te komen.'
