'Three generations of our family spent two weeks at this beautiful villa, and it was a very special vacation. The villa, grounds and pool are maintained in perfect condition - just the right combination of old-world charm with modern conveniences. 'We very much enjoyed the house and surroundings. The house is split in a cooler lower part and lighter upper part. The owners live next door and respect your privacy, they are very helpful if you have questions, but don’t interfere otherwise. 'Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.'

'Nice house and gardens, some of the rooms are quite small. Had issues with water and heater (the week we were there there were a cold front). Tomasso, the person responsible for the villa, tried to accommodate our needs and was always very responsive. Overall impression was good.'

'We had a lovely stay. The landhouse is located on a tiny unpaved road, which adds to the experience, and on a small hilltop. The views on the beautiful Umbrian landscape are almost 360 degrees. It is very quiet in the positive sense. The sky is dark at night, I could see the milkyway. The garden is huge, as is the pool. We particularly loved the surrounding vineyards and sunflower fields. This place is wonderful for the obvious reasons: the view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the copious space, the charming home. But, the secret and most clutch amenity is named Alice.
