The house is located in the middle of nowhere with a magnificent view of the Marche country side. Long views into the valley and the mountains far away. Absolute privacy and only the crickets break the silence. The house is the most complete we ever had. The apartements are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. The pool and the garden around the villa allowed us a perfect recreation and gave us a great view around the marche landscape.'

'Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!'

"The house and its surroundings are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. A very comfortable stay for our group of two families with adult children with various bedrooms to choose from. Views are stunning and the house is very well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Everything else you need can be found in San Severino Marche, a 12 mins drive from the house. Highly recommend a yoga session with Stefano, and Francesca cooked a fabulous birthday dinner with her team. Thank you to Alessandro and Riccardo for the warm welcome and assistance throughout.
