'Staff was great. Location is right downtown and a 5 minute drive from the hot springs. The town is so beautiful and the food and wine there was incredible. 10/10. Saturnia was amazing even in the hot weather. It's still refreshing and just fantastic. If you're thinking about going, go.'

'Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese, dotato di ampio parcheggio. Bello l'ingresso dove si è accolti da personale cortese e preparato. La struttura è pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. In camera avevamo l'idromassaggio e il bagno turco. La vasca con l'idromassaggio, dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro con più di 40 gradi, ci ha rigenerati. Ottimo il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato davvero bene. Rimanendo una sola notte, non abbiamo provato la Spa, peccato. Se passate da Castel del Piano...

'Por el precio debería ser un hotel con muy buen. Servicio. El lunes está todo cerrado, restaurante, bar... Tuvimos que coger el coche para ir a comer a otro sitio. Fuimos a la piscina y había unas moscas que no dejaban de picarnos. Ahora el lugar es precioso.'

'El personal súper atento, principalmente Francesco quien estuvo presto a solucionar los inconvenientes. En esta ocasión llevamos un carro eléctrico, por si deciden llevar uno no eligan ya que el centro de carga no está funcionando y los que quedan cerca ósea en el pueblo es de carga súper lenta, la piscina no estaba tampoco en funcionamiento, de ahí en fuera todo bien.'
