« It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. "L’hôtel est bien situé juste derrière Times Square. De l’extérieur il est très bien et fait luxueux, le hall, l’entrée, les espaces communs aussi très bien. Le personnel assez bien. Par contre je ne pense pas que l’aspirateur soit passé à tous les étages tous les jours car les mêmes choses ont traînés durant les 4 nuits dans les couloirs…je ne dirais pas qu’il est sale mais peut largement mieux faire. Les chambres soit vieillottes, la robinetterie aussi mais comme beaucoup dans NY. Les chambres de 4 sont petites la salle de bain minuscule."

"The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The duvets and bed sheets were dirty, not properly washed, and had yellow stains. In addition, the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived late at night, around 1:00 a.m., and the receptionist told me that the $35 credit could be used the next day because the current day had already ended. However, I was later surprised to find that I had been charged for my consumption. On top of that, almost everything comes with an extra charge, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with dishonest and unhelpful staff."
