"Very comfortable and warm Lodge for our winter stay in Banff. Nice and spacious room and the lobby felt very welcoming with the fireplace. Beds slept well and we loved the hot tub at the end of a cold winter day outside. Very Good value for money and would definitely return when we’re in Banff"

"We waren in eerste instantie behoorlijk in verwarring. Hotel heette anders dan we gereserveerd hadden. Maar we werden vriendelijk ontvangen, geen probleem. Nette ruime kamer met koelkast en magnetron. Goed ontbijt met veel verse spullen. De grootste verassing was 's avonds de pizza die we gegeten hebben bij de de pizzeria aan de overkant van de straat, Antonio's. Echt fantastisch. Zo lekker hebben we ze nog nergens gegeten. En we zijn toch een paar keer in Italie geweest."

"De accommodatie waar wij verbleven is aan renovatie toe. Nummer 101. De deuren sluiten niet goed, toilet staat los, vliegjes uit de putjes van de wasbak, luxaflex werkt niet goed. Enz enz. Ook kan het beter schoongemaakt worden: er lag bv glas op de grond bij het hoofdeinde van de bedden. Het verblijf is erg gehorig. De locatie en uitzicht was perfect."

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
