We did feel like some of the furniture could use updating, and there were a lot of stairs (which was fine for our group, but could be difficult for some people). 'Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. Over the years, we have stayed in excellent hotels around the world, and this one ranks among the best. Exclusive, exquisite, and refined. Highly recommended.'

'If you’re looking for a good location, roof above your head, and basic necessities, it’s fine. Staff was great. Washer ruined my clothes. Dryers didn’t dry clothes. Bed sheets had weird stains on them. It was whatever. I feel like it looks luxury in the pictures but it was definitely not, at least in the room we stayed. But it worked for what we needed.'

'QT Queenstown is positioned on the Esplanade with views across the lake, towards the mountains. It is undergoing modernisation. A short 5 min walk to town, where there are multiple choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are incredible and cannot please you enough. They have free wine tasting daily, there is Also a roof bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again.'

'Keurig grote hotel hoewel we kamer met meerzicht hadden geboekt viel dit behoorlijk tegen. Daarnaast dinner samen met een hele busgroep is niet aan te raden. Vijf sterren hotels die daarnaast 2% fee durven te vragen voor gebruik creditcard zouden dat van te voren moeten laten weten dan zou ik ze nooit meer boeken.'

We stayed for a week. We hired a car for the last three days to do some day trips. We found overnight car parking on the street but you have to pay after 9am. 'It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle.'
