'Wonderful area, friendly and professional staff and AC! I would stay again.'

'Really nice place to stay. Small boutique hotel with a very friendly owner. You really get a personal service in this place. Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is close to metro station Rustavelli and you can easy reach by bus from the airport. The lady from the reception is also very helpful and gave me tips where to go in the city. Breakfast also very good. As rating I would never give a 10 as perfection doesn't exist but this place is close to a 10. If I would...

'Very unique place, friendly staff, good location'

'Hotel Makmani is in an excellent location just off Liberty Square making it walkable to many sights. I especially liked that the rooms face a courtyard and it is very quiet and peaceful. Great value for the price. I highly recommend and would stay again if I were going to Tbilisi..'

Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake. The poor service extended to the rest of the...

'It's an ok accommodation.'

'L’hôtel est idéalement placé, le personnel est adorable et les chambres très bien !'

'Great location and staff, but a persistent damp odor ruined the stay. Pros: Superb location in Tbilisi, making it very easy to get around. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Visually, the room appeared clean upon arrival. Cons: Persistent damp/musty odor throughout the room that lingered all night, even with the window open. The smell unfortunately transferred to my clothing overnight, making for an uncomfortable sensory experience. Bottom Line: This has the potential to be...
