LE CHALET

Everything is included so you enjoy your stay :
Full kitchen included (propane BBQ, stew, stoves / cauldrons, coffee maker with filters, dishwasher with soap, extra small fridge, spices, ect).
Bathroom with towels and shampoo
All rooms are equipped with sheets and pillows
In the salon, magazines, board games, cards, ect.
** The cottage is heated with electricity, the fireplace is an extra heating for fun!
Guest access
You will have access to the whole chalet, the land, the balcony as well as the laundry area at your convenience.
Other things to note
SPA USE

** It is important to close the HOT TUB cover after use with the 4 fast fasteners tightly closed (as when you arrived)

** In the middle of your stay/when specified by the owner, YOU MUST soften the small jar of product in the water (see PHOTO as an attachment) and start the SPA jets for 5-10 min to promote a good mix.

•The floating chlorinator MUST remain in the spa, the products must be added as requested and the water chemistry must be maintained under penalty of partial or complete loss of deposition.

You must use plastic glasses outside especially near the HOT TUB under penalty of partial loss of deposit.

•If the spa water needs to be replaced by negligence on your part, a complete loss of the deposit will take place ($500).

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS


◦ It is NOT ALLOWED to make an outdoor campfire on the property under penalty of loss of partial or full deposit.

•Please keep the doors and screens closed at all times, we avoid mosquitoes, bugs from entering the cottage.

•No smoking or vaping will be tolerated in the cottage under penalty of partial or complete loss of deposit.

•No abuse will be tolerated (including PARTIES) under penalty of partial or full loss of deposit.

•A fee will apply if other guests are added or for any damage caused during the stay.

•There is a "power outage kit" which is clearly identified next to the washer on the counter. Feel free to use it if required.

•At all times at the cottage, you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR your safety at the cottage.
