I mistakenly left on my trip a day early so had no room reservation on the evening of my arrival. I spent over an hour trying to reach Expedia to see if they would cancel the room on Oct 16 and cover the room on the 15th. 'Self check in. Never saw anyone but was sent two messages. First instructed us that we were in room 8 only to receive second message a couple of hours later saying we were instructed that room 10 was our room. I replied that we were in room 8 and we stayed there but never received a reply back.
Everything worked good with check in process.'
