'Excellent on all,staff parking and hotel '

'The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. 'We loved this hotel. THE view from our room was unforgettable. The QR code ordering system on the terrace with its spectacular view is a total turn off though. We couldn't even buy a drink directly from the bar. Makes no sense and they are losimg custom.'

'A very clean one bedroom flat with all the amenities required for a holiday. Very centrally located for the town centre and easy to access property. Slightly strange layout (you need to walk through the bedroom to get from the lounge to the Kitchen and bathroom). Please be aware that Parking at this property is very difficult. It is located in a very narrow terrace and we were only able to access the parking space for one day of our holiday and the space was either blocked by neighbours or...

'Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.'

'Room was perfect for the two of us. Light and airy. Window that opened to let in the breeze, welcome in the hot weather we were lucky to have. Ensuite with shower very welcome and easy to use. Handy fridge in room and also tv and wifi. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. Large car park and easy access. Breakfast provided and cooked perfectly after self serve cereal selection. 'The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. 'Despite a long walk and a few staircases to climb the room was lovely. Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The cooked breakfast was very tasty, hot and well presented. Situated very close to the town. Would definitely return.'
