We spent a fantastic 10 days at this petite villa with our 2 young sons. It had everything we wanted - panoramic sea views over Cap Ferrat, good AC in the bedrooms and living areas and excellent WiFi which was very important as I had to do a fair bit of urgent work on my laptop. The villa furnishing is basic but is really a welcoming base to return to after a day by the pool or exploring the local area. The campus that the villa is set in is spacious and well maintained and literally 5 mins walk to the station. Buses on the route are few and far between and unreliable (and often full so don’t stop) but the trains are excellent and speedy. We loved the Mountain View from the pool and playing tennis in the evenings. The trip to Eze Village was a highlight (and obligatory stop at the Fragonard shop) as was the kids fountains in Nice. We didn’t bring a car and there are no grocery shops so you need to be organised and pick up essentials on your day trips. We went to the beach clubs Anjuna and Spiaggia and enjoyed both, it was nice to have them as an option for dinner 5 mins walk from the villa. There’s a homely cafe just next to the residence that does huge baguettes and great pizzas too for lunchtimes. We loved our stay, and were supported very well by Sandrine and the team at Riviera Holiday Homes who also kindly arranged our airport transfers. A wonderful stay in a beautiful setting, we hope to be back one day!
