Lovely, relaxing home overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, minutes from Monaco

Charming house on 1 level with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains. Spacious with lovely private terraces - parking available at no extra cost.

We offer a relaxing stay with family and friends, to discover the French Riviera, Monaco and Italy.

Two (2) double bedrooms, one (1) single bedroom, one (1) bathroom, living room and dining room separated by an arch, fitted kitchen. This home can accommodate a family or group of friends for vacation or business.

The interior of the house has been completely renovated. Bedding is in excellent as new condition. All beds have duvets and pillows. The linen (covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, table clothes) and towels are provided. An iron and ironing board are available.

The kitchen has a large fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave and capsule coffee machine (tea, coffee, chocolate).

In the living room, there is a large screen TV with Wi-Fi.

Vacuum cleaner, brooms, sponges, cleaning products ... everything is provided for you to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of your home.

On arrival, a welcome booklet will be given to you which can help you find answers to your questions, otherwise we will be happy to assist you. You also have at your disposal agendas and events programs, guides to tourist spots, maps of the cities of Monaco, Nice and other local attractions.

Reception service in Monaco or Nice airport is possible according to your schedule and our availability. We can also do some shopping (food, drink, etc.) before your arrival, according to your wishes and desires.

Arrival is after 15:00 PM and departure before 10:00 AM.

A garden table and chairs and barbecue grills / pizza oven is available for lunches and dinners on one of the terrace of the house. A set of golf clubs is available for lovers of the little white ball and we can provide guidance to the best courses in the area.

The house is suitable for children 10 years and older .

Although there is no smoking allowed in the house, easy access to terraces allows smoking outside.

Pets are allowed on request and after acceptance by us.

Rough travel times by car: Ten (10) minutes to Monaco, fifteen (15) to Menton, twenty (20) to Nice and Italy (Ventimiglia).

You can do your daily shopping in Cap d`Ail or the supermarket Casino of Port Hercule in Monaco or the large shopping center (Carrefour supermarket, McDonalds, perfumery, florist, clothing, etc.) with its large underground parking in Fontvieille (West Monaco). For high end retail, the Metropole Shopping Centre beside the Monte Carlo Casino is well worth a visit.

11 days stay

We stayed here with 5 persons for 11 days. The apartment was not as described in the online advertisement. The rooms were small. The doors of the bathroom and toilet couldn’t closed properly. The fifth person sleep in very small bed, which was not comfortable. The parking place was nearly capable for 2 normal sized cars. It was really tight. The apartment was not really clean, even the water can of the coffee machine was green. Also, the plates were not clean. Furthermore, the owner of the appartement was not really friendly. Nevertheless, the location is beautiful.

Aardige ontvangst door Laty. Het is een comfortabel huis met een groot terras. Het huis is heel schoon en alles is aanwezig. Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht op de zee vanaf het terras! Het strand is niet op loopafstand, dat is jammer.

This was a great VRBO. The views were awesome and the place was very comfortable and clean. Every extra item you could want was available in the kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great Place in Eze

This is a lovely little apartment. The hostess was fantastic and very helpful. The department was clean and had all of the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay. The apartment is not separate, but part of a large house. While it does feel private, there is a family that lives above. It is a little difficult to get to the beach but easily accessible by car if you can find a parking space. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay

The accommodations were great - very clean and well designed. Although we never met our hostess Laty, she was always available and helpful on the phone. One thing to note is that it is very important to have a car if you will be staying at this location. We arrived too late in Nice to rent a car, so we had to go the first night by taxi, and that was a bit of a challenge. But if you have a car, it is a great place with a great view. There was BBQ pit that is exclusively available, which was loaded with briquettes and ready to go for us, which was a very thoughtful touch.

We stayed for 3 nights to attend the Monaco GP. The house was just right for 3 people. Easy drive to Monaco and Cap D'ail for groceries and take-out. Good communication with the host.

Lovely home in the sky!

We had a lovely stay at this home. Laty was a fabulous and responsive host. Home was very comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen for self catering and wonderful view. The outdoor space is spectacular with wood grill, outdoor seating and even more view. Although part of a multi unit complex, it feels like a single family and is very private. This area is almost exclusively built into a cliff so arriving anywhere requires driving on many hairpin turns. One requires a car to go to restaurants and shops, but none are very far . Highly recommend getting a small rental car vs an SUV…roads not built for large cars! Finding the home was a bit challenging, but Laty sent us a video of how to arrive that was spot on. So it was easy once we found the access road off the main highway. We would definitely recommend!

So clean, nice, and fantastic location

Minutes from Monaco, easy 20 minute drive to Nice, 10 minutes “up the hill” to exquisite, historic Eze. Charming house that is so clean; high end finished and great bathroom; we LOVED chilling and BBQing on the huge patio outside-bought fabulous meat and veggies in Monaco’s big supermarket on their main drag. We would definitely stay here agai!

YES Please!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, well equipped and inviting. This was our first trip to Europe so we tried to jam everything into 8 days. We only scheduled two nights at this property - big mistake! We can’t wait to rebook this property when we can come back and stay at a minimum of one week just hanging and immersing ourself in beach life, wine bars and local shopping in Eze proper. Please let it be possible to go back soon! 😊💖

Beautiful Stay! Above and Beyond!

Laty was an absolutely amazing host! Not only was her place beautiful and very well maintained but everything seemed like brand new! She was a true host to us and made us feel at home. She personally showed us around and gave us great trip ideas. The use of the boat for the day was AMAZING!! We got to experience the Mediterranean first hand! The apartment was perfect for us! The view was spectacular and the drive up was easy. We were very happy to have stayed there and have met Laty. We will be back to stay in her place again! If you are planning any time in the French Riviera, this location is amazing! Parking easy. Close proximity to Monaco, Nice and the magical city of Eze. Beauty Views of the Mediterranean

Laty’s rental offered the perfect French experience for the four of us. The ground level apart of a house built on the side of a hill - like so many of the local homes are- offered amazing views and outdoor gathering space wrapping g around the unit. The outdoor space had been updated recently and was wonderful. Although we hit a buggy time of year in September visit we were still able to enjoy the space. The windy road to access was typical of the area and the infront parking space was a treat. There was a tow at the bottom of the hill for groceries and dinner one night but the house is situated between Nice and Monaco. Down the hill to the coastline and up the hill to Eze. Laty welcomed us and explained everything which was great!
