Property is looking tired and in need of some attention, toilet has had a poor repair, doors falling of in kitchen, curtains are old and in some disrepair, very uneven surface around the pool which makes it a hazard especially for children. Location is great and the resort is secure which is great.Overall an ok villa but there are several others on the resort at the same price and look in much better condition.

Property is very clean although it was a little tired. The pool loungers and outside chairs were old with frayed fabric, electrical sockets were loose as were the WC flushes. The TV was old and not a smart TV with the advertised Satellite TV (from a fire stick) not working and not replaced / acted upon by the Agent. The pool is small (as expected) so never used although smelt heavily of chlorine. That said we (4 adults) had an enjoyable holiday. The nearby Spar shop was adequate for essentials and the Hyperdino was a 5 minute drive away as was the excellent sand beach of Okaya Del Amores. The Tauro grill bar also served excellent food whilst we informed by a couple of golfer that the course on which the Villa sits is a good one.

Nice House and good host

This was a nice house for a family in a quite area. The Kitchen could have had some more equipment. The pool was also only 18 degrees due to cold nights (15 degrees) and no pool cover or heating options. So it is not usable in the winter months. Over all a very nice place.

Lovely villa but not the best location for young family

The villa is lovely and well equipped however, the jacuzzi bath and air conditioning didn't work in the master bedroom our whole stay and this wasn't fixed. Very disappointing. The location of the villa is perfect if you have you have a car and is a 2 minute drive to the beach and 4 minutes from Mogan Mall. The only issue was that it is so so quiet that we ended up not wanting to stay at the villa because local residents did not like us making a single noise when in the pool at the villa or at the communal pool. We were told to be quiet every time the children were in the pool so I wouldn't stay here again.

Villa estupenda, buenas vacaciones
