Great Home Away From Home

My family of 4 had a great vacation staying at this property. The condo is well stocked with all necessities. There are ample towels, full size toiletries, and lots of kitchen staples: cooking oil, spices, condiments, etc. The community pool and hot tub is very close walking distance and you have a beautiful view of the La Sal mountains from the house and pool. I would highly recommend this property. We will miss Moab!

Special time with family

It was fine. Plenty of room. Side street parking for our toys. Nice towels and linens. But it’s very low grade construction. Windows don’t really close and they whistled all night. A big rainstorm the last night was super loud with a drain out back. Would I stay again? Probably. Just would lower my expectations.

Great spot for a Moab Getaway

Mike's place was clean, upscale and roomy! It was stocked with every amenity we needed and then some. Really a positive experience, I would highly recommend this place to anybody traveling to Moab.

- very smooth check-in with good communication - plenty of sleeping space, fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and hot tub about a 3 min walk - about 10-15 min south of Moab, which is south of Arches, so just realize you’ll drive through the whole town to get to the park (with traffic often in town). Still an easy, quick drive

Awesome place!

This place is great! Clean, comfy, perfect for two couples and small dog. Since it’s an end unit you’ll have views from inside the house and views from the patio. I love this complex as it’s south of town and a lot quieter away from the downtown area. Lots of places to walk the dog. Great to have two designated parking spaces right in front of the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Moab

We've stayed in Rim Village several times and always enjoy that location in Moab. This specific property was very clean, nicely furnished, and communication with the host was seamless. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolute Perfection

Everything as described, the property had every extra touch you can think of. Charging station for everything, kitchen very well stocked, a lot of little thoughtful touches that we appreciated. A tip for others, check the kitchen before you go shopping! There are a lot of things there that you may need and do not have to buy. 100% would stay at again, we enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful home in great location

The property is very new and homey! The A/C worked great and therefore loved the throws to keep me warm when my husband felt just right. The washer/dryer came in handy and worked very well. It was easy to get to Canyonlands and Arches from this location. It was also a quick trip into Moab. Gas is pricey here but nothing the owner can control, lol! Lovely place - would definitely stay again!

We had a good time. The unit was clean and in a nice location - a bit out of town, but away from all the hustle and bustle - so was nice. Weather was good, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and tennis courts. All Good!

Great space for a family to spread out and have your own bed. We are a family of five and rarely can find a place that one of us does not have to sleep on the pull out couch. Full kitchen and three bathrooms too. Highly recommend!
