'Arrived there and no one was there - no nail - no digital key. A phone number that was not valud. So i had to book another hotel last minute. After that also no communication so i paid 2 hotels that night. First time in 20 years travel i have such a bad experience'

'There was a roach crawling on the dresser and the front desk said .. they are coming in from outside. We are having it sprayed every other week. So they knew there was a problem'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Comfy rooms. Clean and friendly. Really convenient to airport'

'Nice place to stay.'

'It was good for the price. The room air doesn't smell very fresh. There was a false fire alarm at night and fire engine, EMS, and five police cars the next morning. Not sure not was going on!'

'Hotel was clean. Breakfast was a small breakfast and food was not that good. Bed was a hard bed. Shower has mildew at bottom or shower and caulking is gone.'

'Very peaceful'

'Good basic hotel - a bit old but OK for a night stay'

'Clean room, nice staff, good price, good breakfast. Plumbing issue in our bathroom, was very smelly. As long as the door was closed, no problems.'

'The property was not in acceptable condition. Even in the lobby, the ceiling was sagging and there was visible fungal growth on the ceiling that was dark in color. The hotel smells super musty. The lamp in the room was rusted, as there is an obvious moisture issue throughout the hotel. Staff was friendly and immediately said they would refund us. It was obvious they understood why and have had experience with unsatisfied customers. We left and went elsewhere.'
