« The staff who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a good hotel for the price. The worst part were the beds, they were hard as rocks. I don’t mind a firm bed, but these could really use a memory foam mattress topper, that would easily bring up the rating to 4 stars. »

« Loved that the hotel was newish, clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Front desk was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious the one day we had it there. Now the negative- small things really but noticeable. The Standard room felt a little cramped for two people, the closet/storage space was too small for 2 bags and the bathrooms didn't have sufficient hooks/rods for 2 towels to dry. Housekeeping was a hit and miss, texted them for towels in the morning and they didn't come, had to again call in...

« The walls are very thin between the rooms to the point that I had to call the front desk at 11pm for the neighbor making calls and it sounded like he was in our room. We had to use a plumbers helper from the time we checked in until we left to flush the toilet.. Not a good experience but the staff was kind enough to provide us with the plunger.. »

« Rooms were clean, thoughtfully stocked with kitchen supplies. It was a nice touch by the hotel to provide bottled waters. It’s located in a convenient location with lots of food options. It’s mostly quiet but there is a train track next to it so expect some noise »

« Le lit était très confortable et très grand même pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins, la baignoire est sympa pour prendre des bains. Super shampoing et après-shampoing aussi. Le café proposé était très bon ! Petit bémol : Les bouteilles d'eau payantes dans la chambre. Autant les enlever ou à défaut, ajouter un mini-bar. »
