Welcome to a newly remodeled condo in the heart of downtown Missoula. This modern urban retreat offers comfort, natural light, and scenic views, making it a great choice for guests who want convenient access to the city while enjoying a well-appointed space.

The Space
This condo features upscale modern finishes and a clean, contemporary design. Vaulted ceilings enhance the open feel, while floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light. Motorized blackout shades provide comfort and privacy, along with views of the city, the Clark Fork River, and Lolo Peak.

The open-concept living area provides a comfortable place to relax, featuring modern seating and a large flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with modern appliances and ample counter space, making the condo suitable for both short and extended stays.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and a custom en suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, double sinks, and a towel warmer. French doors open to a faux balcony, creating a comfortable breezeway during Montana’s warmer months. New blinds are installed throughout the unit.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with modern décor and French doors leading to a second faux balcony, allowing fresh air and natural light from both rooms.

The condo is also equipped with brand-new stainless steel LG appliances, a 75-inch LG LED flat-screen TV, wireless internet, and an Echo Dot for added convenience.

This rental provides everything you need for your stay. It is located in the heart of town and you can walk every where. Because it is centrally located, there is a bit of traffic noise so if you are sensitive to that, a set of ear plugs solves the problem. Lots of great hikes within a short drive, and blue ribbon trout streams super close. Highly recommend this rental.

Our Missoula Retreat

The check in was a breeze with all info provided. Kitchen facilities were excellent, Wi-Fi instructions were easily accessible and connectable. It was nice having a reserved parking spot in downtown. And it was wonderful being within walking distance of so many good restaurants and shopping!

Missoula Swim Meet Stay

The Downtown-Modern Urban Oasis totally lived up to the hype. The property is tastefully decorated and modern with all the amenities you could want. My son and I were in town for an outdoor swim meet that had very cold and wet weather, so the property really was an oasis of warmth and comfort for us at the end of each day. Hope to stay there again next year!

This place will wow you the minute you enter the front door. Spacious and airy, modern but with such a warm, homelike appeal. We had everything we needed for cooking, plus a lot of extras. Missoula Masterpiece

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it to others. Made School Drop Off So Much Easier

We rented this unit as a base for dropping off our son at the university. It was so nice to each have our own space and be walking/biking distance of so much. He biked to school to check out campus and hike the "M," and we walked to various coffee shops and restaurants. Parking was a breeze, and the huge windows provided the best stage for the awesome weather. We would absolutely rent this unit on a return trip. Thanks so much for making our trip that much better.
