'This house is actually split into 2 . A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location. The neighbors down the street got into a drunken fight at 3am and we could hear...
'I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The new owners are great. Very courteous and willing to help in any way. I travel a lot for work so I cherish a safe, quiet, clean, professionally run place like this, with a reasonable rate. Anything you need is close by and unlike similar places in this part of SA, he keeps out the riff-raff. I will be placing it on the hotel list for my agency and I’ll stay here in the future when I’m working in that area of SA. '

'The alarm went off the day before and someone squeezed the handle of a dry chem fire extinguisher so they had residue on a lot of things.
The fire alarm went off again at 2:30 in the morning again there for waking everybody up again.

'We enjoyed our stay at this location they have cameras on the outside of the home. Since the cameras were watching outside of property we felt safe leaving items freely. Very spacious, we were 8 and still had a lot of space for everyone to enjoy. Just a little confusing about removing all used bedding placing towels on top of removed bedding as some of the towels would be moist/wet. Also the 10:00am check out is early and made all 8 of feel rushed to make it out on time we had to wake up...

"Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired."
"Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable."
