Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. Emerald View is a stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation home nestled in the charming Emerald Shores community of Miramar Beach. Just a short stroll or bike ride from the pristine, crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this three-story retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. Step inside and feel right at home in the welcoming main living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining space. The kitchen, located just to the right of the entrance, features beautiful granite countertops, full-size appliances, ample cabinet space, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up your favorite meals. The elegant dining table comfortably seats six, with three additional seats at the breakfast bar for casual dining.

Emerald View sleeps up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large families, reunions, or group getaways. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the first guest bedroom offers a cozy queen. The second guest room includes another queen bed plus a twin bunk bed. Additional sleeping options include two twin beds in the upstairs loft, a twin bunk in a separate second-floor bunk area, and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. After a sun-soaked day at the beach, unwind on the balcony and take in the coastal breeze. Guests also have access to a variety of community amenities, including two sparkling pools, tennis and basketball courts, and easy access to private beach pavilions. Emerald Shores is a unique, gated resort community in lovely Miramar Beach comprised of 95 stucco homes. This one-of-a-kind neighborhood boasts its own private beach pavilion with restrooms, showers, and a sunbathing deck with chairs. Neighborhood amenities include a tennis court, basketball court, two pools (one seasonally heated), and a seasonal tram to the beach.

** Seasonal Armband Policy March 12-Oct 31** Guests over the age of 12 must purchase and maintain armbands to access the Beach Pavilion, pool area, and beach. Armbands are $30 per home and will be valid for one week, available for purchase at the Pavilion. **

This beautiful home is located near Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted seabed. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
