For added peace of mind, the exterior of the home is monitored by Ring cameras covering the driveway, front door, back door, and second-floor balcony entry points. These cameras face outward toward entryways and surrounding areas only and do not capture any interior spaces.
To keep you comfortable throughout your stay, the home's A/C is preset with a minimum temperature of 72°F. This helps the system run efficiently and prevents freezing in Florida's heat and humidity.
