- Pool deck with private HEATED pool, a gas grill, and lounge seating (heating is optional for a $300 fee; please request 2 days prior to arrival)
- Garage with an extra fridge and parking for 2 cars and 3 cars in the driveway for 5 total (overflow parking is available at front of the neighborhood)
- Elevator that accesses all 3 floors (elevator use is restricted to elderly and handicapped guests only)
