⭐ Additional Features & Services

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, 12 luxurious, oversized beach towels will be provided during your stay with Beach Reunion at Good Day Sunshine.

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our summer season, mid March-October annually. Service includes 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $50 per day/ $350 per week starting May 1st -October 1st ONLY. Please contact office to add this to your reservation.

Private Elevator: This home features a private elevator. Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. There is a $250 fee for use. An acknowledgement policy will be emailed to guests on instructions and use.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

All linens and bath towels are provided. Please provide your own beach/pool towels.



Starter set of supplies. We will get you started and you take it from there!

Fully stocked kitchen! It’s like cooking at your own home! This luxury home will have everything you need and more.



Grill out by the pool. This home will be fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen, seating area and fireplace!

"Good Day Sunshine" comes with hair dryers in all bathrooms; with the exception of the summer kitchen bathroom and the first floor living room bathroom.



Private pool. The private pool can be heated from October 1st - May 1st.

*Please note there is an additional fee to heat the pool.

Other Things to Note:

A minimum 90-day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made outside of the 90-day prior to arrival window will receive a full refund of rent, less the Damage Insurance ($149) and Administration Fees ($150); Total $299. If cancelled within 90-60 days prior to arrival date, there will be a complete loss of the 1/3rd down payment. Cancellations of less than 60 days will result in a 100% loss of full rent amount, including all tax and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancelled within 60 days prior to your arrival date if the final payment has not yet been made at the time of cancellation. If cancelled and payment has not been received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.



Interaction with Guests:

All guests check in at the property any time after 3:00 p.m. central. Our concierge or an office staff member will greet you within 48 hours to go over orientation of the house. The concierge can arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips and other services prior to your visit or during your stay.
