Soak in tranquil beach views from the living and dining rooms as well as kitchen! This amazing luxury villa will impress at every turn with top amenities and lots of places to relax and unwind.
The interior structure of this spectacular villa are vast and feature high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, fresh paint, and plenty of windows with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico . The lavish living room opens up to reveal a dramatic floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace with a 70” flat screen TV and new furnishings for comfortable movie viewing. A custom gourmet kitchen will inspire and accommodate your culinary talents with premium stainless appliances including 6 burner gas stove and ice maker. A breakfast bar with seating that overlooks the dining area makes serving up delectable meals a simple feat. A conveniently located guest bath on the 2nd floor common areas ensures everything you need is close at hand. Step outside onto the balcony and take in the unobstructed views of the Gulf, located just across the street. Sipping your morning cup of coffee in this spot will be something you look forward to every morning. *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.
