Beautiful Home

We had a great time location, cleanliness and the home worked great for our family. The six person golf cart topped it off. High chair was a bonus! This home is on the ocean side of Route 98 really no need to go into town. We went to the Wharf several times. Platinum vacations leaves a nice map to get around and plenty of brochures for local entertainment and food and golf. We would definitely stay here again.

Home is right on the golf course where my guys played and loved. There are several golf courses.

Amazing stay!

Tivoli neighborhood was very close to ocean access the house was immaculate and you could tell it it’s been freshly remodeled. The location is close to anywhere you’d be interested in going whether it’s Destin Harbor or any of the malls and outlets.

This property is stunning! Every online photo was spot on. So clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. You can walk to the beach, but having the golf cart made the trip easier and a lot of fun. The property manager is extremely attentive and easy to contact. What else can I say…it was perfect!!

Nice stay

The house was great and clean it was everything we needed minus kitchen cooking supplies needed to have larger skillets and pots and oven pans more then a cookie sheet. It has enough plates and silverware to feed a small army but 2 little skillets makes it hard to cook anything large for 10 people. It didn’t have mixing bowls either. If you need a great house and eat out on your meals or bring in takeout it’s perfect.

Great space, amenities and location to the private beach! Golf cart was a blast for the kids and gives way accesses to beach and wharf. Lots of fun hunting lizards, frogs in the golf course and lush landscape for kiddos <6. Pack a jacket--living area gets cool to maintain temps in bedrooms. Plenty of space for 6 adults and kids/toddlers. Publix less than 5 mins away with easy access. Loved this location! Property is great with pool tots/floats and 5 chairs in the garage for use.

Great Family Getaway

The house was large and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed having the outdoor patio to soak up the sunshine, as a break away from the wind and sand of the beach. The golf cart made it convenient for getting around without having to use our vehicle. Being in Sandestin made it easy to access multiple food and shopping areas. We were surprised to see the garage had pool and beach items available for use. This was an added bonus and we wanted to share this information with future renters so you don’t have to pack your items from home. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Amazing unit

This was our 8th trip to Sandestin and was by far the best unit we have ever stayed in. It has everything you need from amazing views, comfortable beds and a nice patio area to a golf cart, gas grill and a garage than can fit a large SUV. And can’t beat the fact that it is inside Tivoli Terrace, which means it is behind a private neighborhood gate.

Very nice overall. Too hot in the downstairs master bedroom.

The unit was very nice overall. The golf cart was even bigger than we thought. The house was very close to the beach as well. The only negative was the master bedroom AC. Just like the reviewer posted on 5-31-2021, the master bedroom downstairs does not cool down at all. The issue is still not fixed. It was so hot I had trouble sleeping at night. The rest of the house would get ice cold. Other than this issue, the house was wonderful.

The home was immaculate and just as pictured

We enjoyed our stay and are already thinking about next summer and renting this property again. The location is perfectly located near the beach and the Baytowne shops. Having the golf cart was a plus, ot was a short 2 min ride to the beach and so fun. There were chairs and beach toys available that we took to the beach also.

House is in a great location.

Renting the property was easy and a smooth transition. No problem until we arrived the house was not cleaned in my opinion to COVID 19 standards. The microwave did not work, sofa had potatoe chip crumbs, master bed had hair and foreign objects under blanket, mice dropping in cabinet, wet smelly towels left in washing machine and the outdoor barbecue grill was rusted out. The housekeeper lady was rude and upset because she did not do her job and tried to argue about what was obvious not done.Nevertheless management gave us a loaner microwave and adjusted our bill for all of the inconveniences. Management showed concern to correct the problem and for that reason I would rent again. Wife and mom loved the decor of the house.

Excellent location. Great access to the beach. Golf cart was very handy. Very disappointed with the poor pre-cleaning of our unit. Floors were filthy, cobwebs and dead bugs in windows, burnt on food on stovetop. Poor response from property management.
