Owner provides a 6 seat golf cart for guest use with this unit. This two story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa is located in the beachside neighborhood resort community closest to the Gulf, Beachwalk Villas. With a private drive, private patio with views of a large, natural lake, you will feel as though you are staying in your very own beach home.

This fully furnished, condo-style villa features a full kitchen, open living and dining area and comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. This quaint villa is just steps from a beautifully landscaped community pool for days when you want to just relax with your little ones at the kiddie pool.

On evenings you want to enjoy a memorable evening out, it’s easy to do. Simply step out to breathe in the balmy beach breezes as you stroll to some of the best coastal dining on the Emerald Coast — just minutes from your villa. This family friendly villa will allow you to relax and reconnect with the ones you love in style.

Beachwalk Villas are located on the shores of Horseshoe Lake and on the beach side of the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. Beachwalk Villas are two story villas that have private patios overlooking the lake.

Parking available in front of the villas, beautifully landscaped pool area and fishing right out your back door. You can enjoy the wildlife from your living room sofa. Conveniently located next to The Market Shops and approximately a five minute walk to the Gulf beaches.

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. The location was excellent and the golf cart made exploration of the area so easy and pleasant. Communication with the property manager was simple and easy when we had a weather-related issue.

Great amenities and proximity to everything

We loved having a golf cart to get us to the beach everyday. We were close to many restaurants, the outlet mall and baytowne wharf and the condo was perfect size for everyone to spread out when we got home. The outside shower was a favorite as well!

Nice getaway

It was a nice getaway close to the beach. The window in the bedroom was beautiful with the waterfall! It was very relaxing! It was very spacious! Tons of places to put your belongings! Love that! The only things that I noticed that was uncomfortable was that the bed leaned far over to the right. You never laid flat in the bed. It felt like you were about to fall out. My husband noticed there was something broke under the bed. It looked like it needed screws. If I had them I would have put them in myself. The shower curtain had black mold on it. It was a little uncomfortable to shower in. The only other downside was that we tried to get a hold of the property manager multiple times with no luck, unfortunately. Other than that everything else was nice, comfortable and easily accessible!

Perfect location and plenty of activities to keep busy

The property was absolutely perfect. The location has a great view of the lake behind. The golf cart made it really enjoyable to get around the property and go to Baytowne and other places shopping. Looking forward to staying here next year. Very quiet and relaxing location.

2021 vacation

Enjoyed the stay and area, not having a golf cart for the entire stay was disappointing and one of the main reason for staying there. But they did refund us the charges. I would definitely stay there again but at a different time than the peak of summer because of the number of guest in the area. Very busy and traffic was hectic to say the least.

Magnificent

Weekend getaway

Great location! Big plus having golf cart access to get to the local restaurants, pools, the beach, etc. The property was nice and clean. Great view. My only critique is the check In/out process. Check in was at 4 and we had to wait outside for over 40 minutes waiting for the cleaners to finish up. It also stated check out was at 10, but someone showed up at 9 to change our code which was especially frustrating after having the check in issue.

Very nice place to stay in Destin

Overall it was a great experience, nice house, all clean, perfect location, very comfortable. Just a couple of recommendations to consider: upgrade/change the mattress of the master room, is old and it can get uncomfortable after few nights. Also it will be nice if the golf cart gets upgraded, it is getting tired. We will definitely come back to this place.... we had a great time. Thank you,

We loved the villa! It was in a great location. Near the beach and you can get anywhere on the resort with the golf cart. We were the cooking type of people so if you’re planning on cooking...the property isn’t equipped with paper towels, trash bags, or dish detergent. So bring all that. Overall the rooms and property are clean, other than the carpets on the second floor. Stocked with plenty of towels. Beds are comfy. Overall recommend the place.

Perfect little getaway!

We loved the property! The golf cart made it incredibly convenient to get to the beach. We had relaxing mornings drinking coffee on the back porch and really enjoyed our getaway. Will certainly be back.

Perfect family getaway

The condo was clean and had all the supplies I would expect. Everything feels nice and updated (decor, sheets, towels, etc.). Everything was just as pictured in the listing, and it even felt a lot bigger than I expected from looking at the photos. The bedrooms are separate from the main living space, which was nice. We comfortable slept 7 (one in a packnplay) between the two bedrooms. We really enjoyed the back porch area which overlooks a serene pond/lake. It was such a beautiful setting to spend early mornings and evenings in. The golf cart was a huge hit with the kids and proved to be a very practical way to get around the large property. The beach was beautiful!! There were lots of people at the beach, but we were still able to maintain proper social distancing. Everything about our trip was perfect!!

Beautiful place!

Loved staying here - beautiful place just like the pictures. Only real problem we had was not having the code for the closest pool which we didn’t realize until a few days into the vacation and My Vacation Haven didn’t respond to my emails/ texts about same but was able to get them on the phone finally and got issue resolved. Loved having the golf cart! Would absolutely stay here again!

Love the Beachwalk villas

We’ve been coming to Sandestin for the past 8 years and always enjoy staying in the Beachwalk villas. The place we stayed this time was the perfect fit for our small family and we love that it had a golf cart. It is a must! We love the location of the condo (on that first row) making it easy access to the beach and the pool. We also really loved that the condo had a ton of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. What a wonderful addition especially if you are a renter that flys in. All in all, a great trip!

Miramar Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect for our visit and convenient to all amenities in the Sandestin Resort property. Having a golf cart was an added benefit. Used it to go everywhere on the resort property. Plan to come back sometime!

Overall excellent experience! Golf cart is a must, on this beach property. Property management group is also excellent they sent someone over when the a/c went out on thanksgiving night at 10:30pm. Awesome!
