This townhouse is located in a small Beach Front community (Summer haven) on famous Scenic Drive in Miramar Beach. It takes just 1 min walk from the front of the property to our gorgeous, white sand private beach! Very quiet and breezy ambiance, you can hear the sound of waves from the balcony. Property has 2 parking lots in front of the building and a nice furnished patio with propane grill, where can enjoy beautiful Florida sunset.

House first floor features a spacious living area connected to a fully stocked kitchen and a large dinning area along with a half bathroom and Landry room. Second floor features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms connected with a hallway. In the hall area guests will find the children’s area outfitted with custom designed bunk beds (X-Twin, X-Twin).
This House has a Prime Location. Easy access to bustling nightlife at the village of Baytowne Wharf, movie theatre or the shops at Grand Boulevard as well as the Silver Sands outlet stores. There are many Beach stores, fast food, restaurants located within walking distance. Grocery stores ( winn-dixie, whole food) are just couple miles away.
Additional public Beach access with showers and toilets in just 5 min walk either side of the community. Zero entryway public beach access in walking distance. Great for people with mobility needs.
