'Fabulous stay in a really friendly Hotel. Room, swimming pool and grounds were beautifully clean. Great breakfast and quick laundry service. Nothing was too much trouble. A few minutes walk from the train station. Best of all, an adorable friendly cat who we got lots of cuddles with - we miss you!'

'For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. On top of this Mr Panduka and the entire staff were exceptional, very discreet but always available and just very nice. 'Sijainti on erinomaisen hyvä niille, jotka tykkäävät varpaistella rannalla. Matkaa Hikkaduwan keskustaan noin 2 km. Tuktukilla vajaat pari euroa. Jos hotelli satsaisi enemmän tekstiilien pesemiseen (aamiaispaikka) ja lepotuolien pehmusteiden uudistamiseen, yleisilmeen saisi helposti miellyttäväksi. Liikenteen äänet häiritsivät aamulla neljän jälkeen kovasti, sillä huoneeni oli kadun puolella. Hinta-laatu kohtuullinen. Edellytykset paljon parempaan.'

'Loved this property. The reception was so friendly and welcoming. The pool is lovely. The food and drinks (aside from one mistake) was good and reasonably priced. We often had the beach to ourselves. A few things, such as the gym and probably do with a bit of an update/clean but it was the end of the season and there were very few people to use it. The TV was good for English speakers, should you want news or movies. The hair dryer and mirror were outside of the shower and toilet area,...

'Heel schoon en comfortabel verblijf. Hele goede wifi, en Airconditioning 2 schone zwembaden mooi aangelegde tuin. Op korte loopafstand van de hoofdweg met veel restaurants. Ontbijt beschikbaar en op zich goed.. maar traag gereserveerd en verkeerde volgorde. Eerst Fruit dan na 10 minuten het Ei, dan na 10 minuten de toast en de koffie en fruitsap pas na 40 minuten... Maar zou er zo weer terug keren... prima.'
