« We had a 16 days Minakani Onsen trip, staying in 6 different hotels. We stayed at Hotel Lomosa for 3 nights in total. We had clean, big and two queen size beds room, with buffet breakfast included. Excellent staff provided great service. The buffet was nice and thoughtful. The onsen quality and bathing area are totally acceptable! The owner drove us between hotel and train station was greatly appreciated! We wish Lomosa the best!!! »

« The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only. « Very clean and great service! The whole place is bean-themed which is very cute. Every part of the welcome snack and breakfasts had some kind of bean. They also have very nice free homemade drinks. Your room also has a chocolate bean snack which is really yummy! There’s a private toilet (no bath) and sink in your room, with plenty of private baths available on the first floor. « Staff was incredibly professional and super nice and welcoming. Even though our arrival was delayed and after checking time, we notified the hotel by mail and there was no issue. We even made it for dinner which was amazing! Can’t wait to be back. Thanks to everyone for all your hard work :) »

« Great hotel! It's located around 10 minutes from the city center by foot, so you can do everything walking. A great plus is the personnel - everyone was really helpful and nice, ready to help whenever needed. Last but not least, the bedrooms were amazing!!! The beds are very confortable and big, the room is spacious and everything was very clean. And we can’t not mention the private onsens inside the hotel. They are available for the guests, and they are great. We Reallyv recommend this hotel! »
