The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner gas stove, a gas oven with a hood, and a washing machine. The living room, with a sofa bed and a coffee table, offers Wi-Fi. The sleeping area offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom divided into two. The walls don't close all the way to the top, but provide the necessary privacy for your stay. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has one step down to access it, and the toilet is accessible. For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival, and sheets and towels are provided. You can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a plancha grill, and deckchairs. The grounds are approximately 60 m², including a courtyard. You can access the cottage through the owner's house. Baby equipment is available upon request. Free shuttle bus to Mimizan beach is 100 m away. Close to the bike path to Mimizan beach and lake (100m) and City Park (100m). The D67 runs along the edge of the owner's property.
