Our three bedroom park-side condo in a beautiful and historic renovated home is unique, peaceful, and right by everything Bayview has to offer.

Secret Vintage Lounge downstairs with antiques from all over the world will be the perfect unique space - there is nothing else like this in Milwaukee! Be careful as you descend as the stairs are all original and very steep!

This first floor condo has a perfect proximity to South Shore Park on Lake Michigan and the best areas in Bayview.

Vintage antique styling meets modern amenities with Memory-Foam mattresses, toilets with heated seats and bidets, Reverse Osmosis drinking water system, Nespresso coffee maker, natural gas fireplace.

Our park-facing front porch deck offers space to enjoy coffee or tea in the morning while taking in the scenic park views, while the unit itself is a comfortable 1895 beauty, and provides a unique style and experience that is all your own while you stay. Appointed with almost all exclusively unique vintage items, every furnishing was hand selected with care and we hope to offer more special details than typical hosts with unique touches throughout the entire place.

The main floor comprises the spacious Living Room, large kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms and the bathroom, with the hidden lounge below the unit in the fieldstone-structure basement, down a steep flight of carpeted stairs.

Vivacious Secret Victorian Lounge: an original 1895 vintage lounge setting situated in the basement of the unit, finished with many unique and period pieces, will be a perfect setting to relax and enjoy a N/A spritzer or convivial spirit with friends and family; make yourselves at home in the uniquely styled space, with period pieces from all around the world in this special, hidden space; a true Milwaukee gem.

Guests have access to the entire space, however the back of the home is not part of the unit and is reserved for the carriage house in the rear. Rear exit is for emergency usage only.

On Saturdays in season there is a weekly farmer's market directly across the street as well with fresh organic goods and produce, also across the street in South Shore Park.

Bay View is a hip and eclectic neighborhood popular with families and young professionals. Home to one of the city’s most popular bar districts, it’s also a hotbed of local art and creativity with gallery nights, a thriving farmers market which is just 100' from our front door and one of the city's most beloved weekly concert series in Humboldt Park during the spring and summer. You'll find plenty of opportunities to get outdoors on lakefront trails or at beer gardens in neighborhood parks.

Walk everywhere from the place, whether a short stroll along Lake Michigan or the park across the street, there are many options including excellent restaurants, vintage shopping, bars, coffee shops or neighborhood gathering places to explore all within an easy walk.

There is a great walking trail along Lake Michigan, the Oak Leaf Trail which goes down right next to the water and the beach areas at South Shore Park. Everything is only blocks away, well within walking distance or a 1-4 minute Uber.
