'Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The room was very clean, including the bathroom and toilet, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well throughout my stay, which was especially appreciated with outdoor temperatures around 30°C.
There were, however, a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. Given the hot weather, providing complimentary bottled water would be a thoughtful gesture for guests.

'Ik verbleef hier voor een evenement in de Pala Alpitour Arena. Dit was lopend prima te doen, 25 minuten. Het hotel heeft een bushalte voor de deur, lijn 17, en de metro om de hoek. De metro vertrekt elke 2 minuten. Het hotel is schoon, heeft prima bedden, een heerlijke douche en een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Het is wel ietwat gedateerd, kan een likje verf gebruiken. Bij de receptie zijn ze vriendelijk, spreken ze prima Engels en helpen je graag op weg in Turijn. Ik zou hier weer verblijven bij...

'L’appartement n’était pas chauffé en plein mois de novembre !
À part dans la chambre où il y avait heureusement une clim réversible. SDB frigorifiée, pommeau de douche fuyant.
Dans la cuisine que 2 fourchettes alors que nous étions 3 ! Pas de torchon, il y avait une taie d’oreiller sur le dossier d’une chaise de la cuisine en guise de torchon !
J’ai l’habitude de passer toujours par Hotel.com mais l’appartement très vétuste sans chauffage c’était vraiment une mauvaise expérience de logement,...

'Air con made the stay very comfortable. Room super clean and tidy. The shower barely had any pressure and the hose had a hole in it and was leaking. The bath had jets but those didn't work. The room was quiet and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but fresh and tasty.'

'I was searching for a weekend hotel at Torino and Urbani is just 1 street ant the leftside of Porta Nuova station. It is in the historic center and everything is close. The single room was very nice, modern and clean. I found it very important that the hotels in 2023/2024 must be at least modern interior and this was for sure in that category. The roomdoor is still very traditional and not so safe as a lonely woman traveler, but that’s a project for in the future for the hotel. Incl tourism tax...
