Lodges in Millboro Springs

'The property needs some maintenance…..paint peeling in several areas, tub stopper not working and just laying off to the side, fridge/freezer had a big block of ice taking up space for items we wanted to refrigerate. Beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. Staff was amazing. Overall, I’d recommend to family and friends. I was somewhat surprised though that bfast wasn’t included in the room price like in other hotels. '

'First I was charged twice for my dog for a one night stay. Then my room was cold when I moved in. Now this was 9;00 pm and you're ready to go to bed after driving all day so it takes awhile to heat up. after sleeping a bit you wake up sweating because of trying to heat the room up quick on 80F. To top it off breakfast time coffee pot was empty with no one around to fill it. '

'Not a very detailed cleaning. Sheets had a few hairs on it, as well as the tub. Just did not feel clean. Mirrors needed cleaning. Somewhat renovated but carpet pooy done. Smell of smoke in the hall, but not my non smoking room. Pitiful continental breakfast in my opinion.'

'Room had cobwebs and the bathroom had black mold on ceiling over tub/shower. Bed was comfortable and clean. Not a terrible experience, staff was attentive location was convenient. Would have changed rooms if there for multiple nights. '

'Great historic hotel like no other Hampton we’ve stayed in. Approximately 1/2 mile walk to downtown area which is great '
