Welcome to our one-of-a-kind custom-built family retreat!

Designed and built in 1986 by the owner for his parents, this spacious 3-bedroom home has been welcoming vacation guests for the past nine years. Unlike a typical rental, this home was thoughtfully created for family gatherings, relaxation, and making lasting memories—not for parties.

The highlight of the home is the spectacular 20' x 40' heated indoor swimming pool, available year-round. Large windows provide beautiful views of the pool from the family room, dining room, kitchen, and primary bedroom, creating an open, resort-like atmosphere throughout the home.

The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals, including:

Oversized 4' x 8' center island
Convection oven
Keurig coffee maker
27-cubic-foot French-door refrigerator
Reverse osmosis drinking water system
Fully stocked cookware, dishes, and kitchen essentials

Families will also enjoy a variety of board games, pool toys, luxury bedding, and comfortable gathering spaces designed for all ages.

House Rules

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests total, including all daytime visitors. No exceptions.
This is a family-oriented home and is not available for parties or large events.
Smaller, well-trained dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Three-night minimum stay is required.
