Our second stay was as enjoyable as the first one, last year. Located across the street from the public beach, the unit has an unobstructed view of the sound and easy access to the water. Next year we will make sure to bring our kayak. Accommodations are as advertised, beds are comfortable and kitchen is well provisioned. The only negative is that the shower is quite small, but usable.

Easy access to the beach and state park for walks and relaxation. Apartment has plenty of room for 3 adults for one week. However the single bathroom is small, especially the shower. Very comfortable beds with soft sheets. Kitchen was well stocked. The Greek restaurant next door has lots of delicious, reasonably priced options. The owner lives next door. She is friendly and helpful. The best feature is the awesome beach view from the living room.

First I rented one unit for me and two family members, then two more decided to come, so we rented the other unit which worked out perfect. It's a great rental. Easy check in/out. Was very clean and well stocked with essentials e.g., blankets, towels, coffee. The setting by sea is wonderful for walks and it's right next to a Greek Café with good food. We met Susana on our way out which was lovely. Very nice lady. I can't wait to go back.

Many thanks to Susana for hosting our family of 6. The property was perfect for our 4 night stay and was accurately presented in the listing. It is directly across the street from the beach with a great view of the Sound and Charles Island in the distance. Everything you need is provided; if you opt out of cooking, the Greek restaurant next door is quite convenient and delicious. A long boardwalk/walking path to Walnut Beach is great for morning and evening strolls. Susanna is located right next door should you have any questions. We would stay again if we’re ever in the area.

Great location, beautiful view and access to the beach and great for families. Owner has everything you need for a comfortable stay (beach chairs, towels, washer, dryer, full kitchen) and she is so welcoming!

Location is excellent, especially Unit 2 upstairs with the upper view of the beach. Mrs. Li could not have been nicer or more accommodating! She provided anything that wasn’t there. Sofa bed could use a new mattress. A dishwasher in the kitchen would be nice, but no big deal. The washer/dryer is outstanding! Twin beds in one of the bedrooms would improve sleeping arrangements. But none of these small details would prevent us from returning! We hope to come back ASAP! Plus, “The Greek Spot” restaurant next door was a fabulous recommendation by her. Thanks so much Mrs. Li!

This was a very nice place to stay. A good beach just across the quiet street. Greek restaurant next door. Not far from lots of things to do! The only improvement I'd ask is more channels on the TV; for evenings and rainy days, one likes to watch news and sports.

We had a wonderful time at the Long Island Sound. Susana's property was everything that was promised. The property was clean, had a washer, dryer and ironing board, as well as, all the kitchen supplies. Our family was able to enjoy the beach, the state park and everything that Milford and surrounding areas offered. We especially enjoyed the Greek restaurant next door! We would definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the area.

This is an older apartment with a smaller bathroom. It's very clean, neat and organized. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, sheets ect. Great location with beautiful views. Thank you for the fresh fruit and bottle water.
