Two-room apartment just a few minutes from the Rho Fiera Milan exhibition center, ideal for families and professionals

A two-room apartment located in a quiet courtyard in the town center, where you’ll find small restaurants, pizzerias, bars, an ice cream shop, and a playground (currently under renovation). The house has a private parking space. The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a two-story building. It consists of a living room furnished with a table, chairs, and a sofa where you can relax. The sofa converts into a double sleeper sofa when needed. In a separate room, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator with freezer). Here, you’ll find everything you need to cook, eat, or have breakfast. This room also features a table and chairs.
You’ll also find a spacious bedroom complete with a double bed, a large closet, and a dresser. Here, upon request, we can set up a portable crib for your child. The hallway leads to the bathroom, which features a bathtub where you can also take a relaxing shower, as well as a sink, toilet, and bidet. There is also a washing machine here.
Two split-system air conditioners are installed in the living room and bedroom. The heating is independent with an adjustable thermostat (we’ll be happy to set it according to your needs).
All windows are equipped with screens to protect you from any outdoor insects. Each window also features a bottom-hung sash and an electric roller shutter, which can be operated using a dedicated button installed near the window itself. All roller shutters can also be controlled using a single switch near the front door.
If you have an electric car, there are public charging stations located outside the courtyard.
