- 🍳The open kitchen is spacious, functional, and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals:
Gas stove, pots, pans, utensils, sink, electric oven, dining table, coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

- 🛏️ Bedroom 1 is spacious and bright, with a large double bed, sheets, pillows, and a comforter. You’ll also find a closet for convenient storage of your personal belongings.

- 🛏️ Bedroom 2 has two single beds.

- 🚿The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.

Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with your digital keys.

PLEASE OBSERVE THE CHECK-IN TIMES ( (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an additional charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib rental service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is 20€.
There is a 15€ charge for separate beds.
