Your journey begins with the luxurious historical building where the flat is located. The splendid atrium was included in the famous book 'Entryways of Milan' by Karl Kolbitz, which collects the 144 most beautiful entrances in Milan.
The ninth floor houses only 2 flats and the first on the left will be yours. Right from the start you will be caught by the great natural light of the house. To welcome you, an open space overlooking the Duomo that unites the refined living room with the large dining room.
The heart of this flat is undoubtedly the living area. Here you can relax thanks to the spacious corner sofa bed with queen-size mattress, while enjoying every comfort such as air conditioning and a 55" 4k smart TV with internet connection and all the most popular apps such as Netflix.
Thanks to the large double-glazed windows, the flat is very quiet and enjoys plenty of natural light as well as a breathtaking view of the city. If necessary, the space can be completely blacked out to ensure maximum relaxation at night.
To further embellish the room, you will also find a famous design element: the splendid 'Lampe de Marseille'. Iconic and functional, it will accompany you in your evening readings.
The bright and cosy dining room is perfect for sharing special moments. It consists of a spacious table and an additional sofa bed with a queen-size mattress. From this very room, you can make every meal a unique experience. You can enjoy the panoramic view of the Duomo, symbol of the city of Milan, with its splendid spires and the famous 'Golden Madonnina'.
Walking down the corridor near the entrance, you enter the kitchen. Recently renovated and fully equipped, it consists of an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and kettle. Coffee capsules and tea bags will also be provided. Enhancing the room, we find a dedicated viewing area, where you can enjoy a quick breakfast or be inspired by the Milanese skyline while preparing your favourite dishes.
Next to the kitchen, we find the first double bedroom with private bathroom, comfortable and functional. Here we have air conditioning, a king-size bed, power sockets and a workspace set in a dedicated area of the room, with a desk and window to adequately light the area.
The lovely bathroom serving the room, recently renovated, has been optimised in space to provide all amenities such as a toilet, washbasin, shower stall and a large mirror, ideal for applying make-up and getting ready for the day.
Heading towards the sleeping area, on the left is the master bedroom. Thanks to a clever colour scheme of the furnishings, the space is relaxing and cosy.
The room is equipped with everything you need for a perfect night's rest: king-size mattress, air conditioning, bedside tables and power sockets on both sides of the bed. There is also a wide view of the northern part of Milan.
Completing the flat, we find the main bathroom. Spacious and characteristic, it consists of a large shower with marble seat, washing machine, washbasin, toilet and bidet. There is also a hairdryer and a welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel. A shower with a view of the Duomo is a truly unforgettable experience.

For any special requests/needs regarding beds, please contact us as an additional charge may be applied for handling additional bedding.
The presence of more guests than indicated on the reservation will be reported to us by the concierge and there will be a penalty of €200 per additional guest not reported.
