Welcome to your comfortable Milanese retreat! This bright and functional apartment is perfect for families, couples, or small groups of up to 4 people—ideal for experiencing Milan in comfort and style.

The Space
The apartment consists of:

a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.

🛏️ A comfortable bedroom designed for a restful night’s sleep.

🚿The bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. You’ll also find a complimentary amenity kit for your comfort.

Thanks to the smart layout, the space is practical, cozy, and suitable for both short and longer stays.

🛋️ Living room/kitchen with a sofa that converts into a double bed and a table with chairs.

🛏️ Bedroom with a comfortable double bed, complete with sheets, pillows, and a comforter. A spacious closet is available for convenient storage of your personal belongings.

🍝 Kitchen & Relaxation
The kitchen is integrated into the living room and offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee makers.

The living area is also ideal for relaxing in front of the TV.


📍 The area
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is well-connected, making it easy to reach the city center and the city’s main attractions.

❄️🌬️ The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season, both in summer and winter.

In-person check-in is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES ( (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of 15€ per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.

Other things to keep in mind

We also offer a crib rental service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything your baby needs.
The rental fee is only 20€.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

-For separate beds, the cost is 15€ per bed.
