It consists of a living room with seating and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is located in the beautiful urbanisation of Los Iris, 500 metres from the clubhouse of the Cerrado del Aguila golf course, just outside Fuengirola in Mijas Costa. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has excellent beds. There is a flat screen TV with English and other international channels and free Wi-Fi internet. Sliding doors lead out onto the covered terrace and private garden. Here you will find a comfortable lounge sofa where you can relax in the afternoon sun. The apartment is on the ground floor. There is a free private parking space in front of the entrance to the apartment. 



Los IrisLos Iris Resort is located 3 km from Fuengirola beach. The resort has a free outdoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun loungers on the sunbathing lawn. From Los Iris Resort it is a 500m walk to the Club de pádel paddle court, U-fit gym and Cerrado del Aguila Golf clubhouse. From the apartment you can take beautiful walks in the surrounding nature. By car it is a 5 minute drive to the car park on the banks of the River Fuengirola. Here you will also find the Castillo Sohail castle, which is well worth a visit. From the car park you can walk across the river to Fuengirola's promenade in a few minutes.
