'Nice and very helping staff'

'We loved everything about this hotel!!! The staff was amazing and so friendly!! The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Best Western!'

'The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put...

'I had a vip access, but what is it. It was still the same as the other hotels. Breakfast was not so good, orange juice was like water! '

'Checked into hotel paid, got key/room, Then was told no running water, no showers, toilets, etc. available. Said problem would be fixed, but might be hours. I asked where there was a location to go to use a restroom..said up to us to find a place! 'This hotel is wonderful and a great price. There is complimentary, delicious food, and beautiful pool facilities. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.'

'We like this place. When we go back to MI, we would love to be here again. We like the separation between the bedroom and living room. The room is spacious, the place is close to a lot of places to see and explore. Staff were friendly. Parking is good too.'

'It was nice clean and quiet and I love that the hotel is right by 28th Street with stores and restaurants close.'

'Very nice place. Very clean and well maintained. Staff very nice. The 24hour shuttle is why I chose to stay. After my stay shuttle needed or not this is where I will stay. Solo traveling felt very safe.'

'We stayed before an early morning flight, hotel was very convenient'

'I stayed one week. Everything is perfect only except one night’s horrible shouting from one room around my room. It’s not the hotel’s problem. But it’s really scary.'

'TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom.'
