'Lovely unit, clean, well equipped, quiet location'

'The room had an overpowering smell of cleaning products, and the only ventilation was a small bathroom window, so there was no real way to air it out. The property sits right off the highway, and traffic noise carried through the night, which made it hard to sleep. The space felt like it was put together as cheaply as possible, with little thought given to comfort or design. Additionally, none of the amenties were maintained or available. If you just need somewhere to crash for one night at a...

'I seriously don’t understand the fantastic reviews on the place, why I booked in the first place. On the outside and pictures it looks really great like a converted barn, but you’re put in a dump. Nobody answers your messages/ texts and calls. The inkeeper is to busy to properly welcome you. The ceilings are so low it feels like a basement with very small windows. You cannot close the door without (seriously) kicking it hard, you cannot put on the shower without the WHOLE bathroom being wet, and...

'This place is wonderful. Made to order breakfast was delicious.'

'My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Made to order breakfast was amazing. The host Brendan was very helpful. He took out paper maps and made markers to point out places to visit I strongly recommend staying here.'

'Good location near airport and downtown Burlington close by . Clean and good bed, breakfast ok '

'Clean house, beds fantastic. Great kitchen...Very good host..Parking was a challenge if you have more than 2 cars...But nota negative.'

'Loved the location. The accommodations were great as well. Would have liked the restaurant to be open.'

'The bed and breakfast is just that! No one after a certain hour, and the free breakfast is for one hour, 08:30/09:30. Grounds are beautiful, and the interior is interesting. The home was built by a rich person in the late 1800-time frame. But, it's like a morgue once breakfast is over. The town it's in is very quiet also. Everything closes at 20:30 or 21:30. When you leave the town be prepared to drive up into mountains or manage driving down said mountain. Locals drive faster than...
