The house is 5 km from the motorway, with good connections to Odense and Jutland. It is also located about 10 km from the center of Middelfart, which offers numerous shopping opportunities, a pedestrian street, restaurants, and a beautiful harbor promenade.

The house: entrance through a small hallway/utility room with washing machine and freezer. From here, access to a hallway leading to a spacious bathroom with shower and good storage space.

Bright, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, in semi-open connection to both the living room and a dining/creative/office space with a cozy alcove set up as an extra bed.

The living room features a large dining area, a comfortable sofa corner, wood stove, and heat pump. From the living room, stairs lead to the first floor with 3 bedrooms: one large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, another with a double bed, and one with a pull-out bed for 2 people.

Outdoor shower available for rinsing off after the beach. Also equipped with board/family games, 2 charcoal grills, a fire pit, some beach toys for small children, and a football goal in the garden. Firewood can be purchased for the wood stove and fire pit. Energy (electricity) is not included in the price and must be paid according to consumption based on the meter reading.
