'We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids are constantly fed ads for the big indoor waterparks (Great Wolf, etc) but we didn't want to pay the rates they're asking. This place has a great pool with a big water slide. The pool is good for families - 3'6" at it's deepest, with a hot tub that's for adults only.
Everything was clean, towels were abundant even during the busiest time at the pool, and breakfast was good. Very relaxing extended weekend. '

'We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!'

'The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! '

'Be prepared if you stay more than one day, they do not come and clean your room, they do not keep you fresh towels until you come home late at night and realized they did not clean your room and give you fresh towels. Then at that point you have to go down to the lobby and ask for a new towels.
