This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home can sleep a total of 6 people! There are 5 twin-size beds and 1 livingroom futon. The Butterfly Room has a twin-size bunk bed with additional pull-out trundle, closet with hangers, makeup vanity, full length mirror, and a seating area fit for photos! The Dreamer Room has a twin-size trundle bed, closet with hangers, extra pillows, and a hammock chair suspended from the ceiling with lighted greenery behind it... another great photo op!

There is dining seating for a total of 8 people inside and 4 additional outside along with lounge seating (outside) for 5! In addition to the seating outside, there is also a propane grill for those grillmasters to enjoy!

The kitchen has all new appliances including a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven/air fryer combo! Also included is a Keurig, coffees, teas, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls, strainer, and essential cooking utensils. (Fun fact: the decorative llamas double for salt & pepper shakers!)

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a built-in Bluetooth speaker so you can enjoy your favorite music while you get ready for the day! (There's also a surprise photo op for all you bathroom selfie takers!)

Take a selfie or a group photo in front of the neon sign in the upstairs livingroom! Or curl up on the couch with some decorative throw blankets and watch Netflix on the wall-mounted smart TV!

The large basement has darts, wall checkers, ring toss and board games, as well as a bar area equipped with the essentials like wine glasses, wine and bottle openers, cocktail mixing utensils and wine corks. There are also 2 additional couches and a smart TV for some well-deserved relaxation!
